Support

GCS supports employees pursuing holistic wellness. Staff can receive up to $600 per year in reimbursements for approved natural health expenses.

Employees enrolled in our medical plan have access to telehealth services through Recuro Health, which covers primary care, urgent care and behavioral health. 

PTO
Donations

Employees can donate PTO hours to colleagues with immediate medical needs requiring more than three weeks of medical leave. Eligible recipients have been vetted and verified, though their identities remain confidential for privacy reasons.

Health Insurance
Three medical plans—Base, Standard and Buy-Up—are available through UMR (United Healthcare).

Dental Insurance
Dental coverage through SunLife includes preventive care at 100% and options for basic and major services. Employees and eligible dependents can choose from three plans. 

Vision Insurance
Vision coverage through SunLife includes routine eye exams and discounts on eyeglasses and contact lenses. 

Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D)
Gestalt provides a $50,000 life and AD&D policy for all full-time employees at no cost. This benefit offers financial protection in the event of death, dismemberment or paralysis.

Voluntary Life Insurance
Additional life insurance options are available for employees, spouses and children.

Disability Coverage
Long-term disability (LTD) coverage provides 60% income replacement for full-time employees.

Supplemental Insurance
Colonial Life offers voluntary benefits, including short-term disability, accidental death and hospital indemnity coverage.
• American Fidelity provides options for disability, cancer, accident, critical illness, life and 403(b) retirement plans.
